my traps develop just from cycling not even working them out...and when i started working them out they blew up quick..they are still in proportion to me but any more and i would definatelly look like a guerilla or something....girls always compliment my body but sometimes say "except for those" and point to my traps...i guess brad pitt must not have big traps? oh well i do this for me not them...i guess i'll keep on shruggin

They actually do the opposite. By debeloping the trap/mid bacj muscles, they "pull" back the shoulder blades which impoves posture.

If you are genetically gifted and possess the v-shaped traps then that's good, but the Brock Lesnar type rounded traps are just ugly in my opinion.

When your traps get so big that you no longer have a neck is when they make you look fucked up. Plus chicks don't dig guys with no necks.

your entitled to your opinion but i take the other view, i too have rather round traps, one day they WILL be as big as brocks.

Do some side raises/front raises ...theres nothing better.

Big traps = Good
Huge traps without a pussy neck = bloody great
