I think I'm skippin the gym. I'm not being a fag for a little cold...it's a pretty severe upper chest coughy, sore throat kind of thing. Plus Nev has a point...why make all the other peeps sick.

those weights are so fucking dirty you coughing into your hand and touching them isnt going to make a difference.

dont let that be your excuse, your either too sick to go and it iwll make you worse, or you can go. maybe go lightwer weight higher rep, less total volume or something, avoid the big compounds depend on how sick you are.

your not gunna make anyone else sick unless they lick their hands after doing a set of squat rack bicep curls
