Lol, no shit right..So he wanted me to get some steak for the grill today..Well the dumb shit never specified what he wanted..So I went ahead and bought like 1 of every type of steak (excluding stupid steaks and what not, I am talking about grillable steaks)..

If they're very old, very young, friendly looking or carrying something and are not physically IN the cross walk I will stop.... if anyone is in I will stop. All others waiting to cross can wait. If I am in a college zone and someone cuts out in front of me BETWEEN 2 crosswalks that are within 100 feet of each other.... they're risking their lives.

I think the whole pedestrian ticketing is only enforced in cities in NYC...etc. And is used for grounds of fault if someone is hit in a crosswalk by a car.
