bro (ftf), at the least, you should reconsider your words. i have never experienced a hurricane or a flood of any kind, let alone one of such intensity. have you? perhaps, but you still can't dismiss their plight so easily. this kind of death and destruction is always tragic, regardless of the reasons. even if some were stupid to remain, that lack of judgement itself forms part of the tragedy. can you imagine how humbling (among other things) such an event must be? how would it affect you? would you feel the same way after having lived through that?

there is tremendous power there. respect it.
