hold on now. some people have absolutely no place to go so staying to them is the same as running away to nowhere. it costs a lot of money to get up and go. not saying it was the smart thing to do, but really where were they to go? they may not have any money to stay in a hotel, or money to buy more food than they already bought thats in their house that would spoil if they brought it. yes i feel sorry for them. its a shame the government comes in and offers help after the fact and not before to help these people get out safely.

i feel bad for them...whatever the reason they have for not leaving...it's still tragic and sad that they are gonna be engulfed in a huge barrage of super strong waves and taken back to sea drowned almost instantly...what a way to go... praying for them and their families just as much, if not more, as those that got out and are waiting until it is safe to return
