Do you believe in 6th sense?

I'm not sure if you'd call it a 6th sense, but, I always trust my gut feelings/ instincts.
Absolutely. My family has always had a weird level of connectedness. Going a couple of weeks without talking to the folks is normal for me, but if one week goes by and I'm having a really hard time over something, my dad will call me and tell me he had a feeling I needed to talk. There've been plenty of other times like that, and things of that nature where each of us has "known" or "had feelings" about something regarding the other when there was no logical explanation. I'm not sure I believe in people who can see the future, or talk to the dead, or some of that other stuff...but I do believe there's something to a deeper sense of intuition and connectedness.

When my dad died, I went to our home on the Cape to get thru it all in my heart and head.
One calm night, the type of night you pray for a breeze to blow, I told my dad to give me a sign if he was there with me. As soon as I got the "sign" thought out of my head, my bedroom door slammed shut-HARD. WTH? I sat in that room, still waiting for a breeze. Every once in awhile, I ask for another sign from him, like that breeze, it never comes.

Yes I do and teach about something called your "etheric sense".
I agree with the whole six sense is a combo of the 5 of em.samoth said:Define "sixth sense". I think people often misconstrue a sixth sense for a combination of the five.

The 6th sense is commonsense and many people lack it.

Oh, in that case, please define this "sixth sense". I mean, hearing, sight, taste and other senses are pretty easily defined by their inputs and neural interpretations by the body, so you should have no problem defining this commonplace sixth sense. Publish it and I guarentee you'll have a Nobel coming your way, too.

You know something- I have always been the type of woman who likes to be "on top" of things. I may start taking applications from the single dudes around here in Feburary. I'm pretty good with spread sheets too. Sound like a good plan Mr. Gloom and Doom?
