Do you always pay your bills on time?

Most times I don't, and I'll get those fucking reminders. Today I paid bills I should have paid over month ago.

Carrying credit card debt alone stresses me to a degree ... so paying my bills late would drive me bugshit.

I don't have the best memory, so I just put everything into my banks online bill pay (you can schedule that shit well in advance). My credit cards let me schedule online payments in advance, too. I have my mortgage and cable/internet direct drawn monthly.

I also hate dealing with writing checks/paper bills.

if today is the 8th, and you get a bill that is due on the 25th.. pay it now.. today..

doesn't take long to write a check or pay on line, then it's done..

I've never been over 30 days late but I pay everything whenever I feel like it besides mortage and credit card bills which I pay on the day they are due.

If my cell phone bill is due on the 20th and I pay on the 30th ; big deal. same with utilities and whatnot. They dont charge late fees most of the time ; I pay my car payment whenever I want to as well ; as long as I dont reach that 30 day mark.

You know, I've never really liked paying bills so I stopped doing it altogether.
I tapped into my neighbors for everything so it doesn't matter if they shut shit off anyway.
Also, when bill collectors come calling I just use it as an opportunity to shoot at moving targets.

Importaint things like rent are on the dot. But mail bills get either done on time, or a couple weeks late.

As long as they don't back up to 2 bills for the same item...

All of our bills are on automatic payment to our credit card on the last day before late charges or interest might start accruing. so, yes we always pay on time.

A trick I learned from my first employer.
He was loaded but always held out till the final last notice to pay any bill.
His accountant hated him.
Monies are best kept in your bank account for as long as possible rather than someone else’s.
