1 egg yolk, 4 egg white, veggies, ham, olive oil
~ 12:00 noon: Seafood Salad (see the recipe on the Muscle Food Board), butter lettuce
~1:30 pm -- walk to gym 30 min, Legs & Calves, Walk ~ 1 hour
~ 4pm -- 2 saltines, "Grilled" Turkey Sammich w/FF Thousand Island Dressing, FF Cheese, Healthy Choice Turkey Slices; "several" PB cookies
