Do y'all think a daily diet thread and weekly

Definitely going to start this Jan 1. Might even start tomorrow. Ate lots of stuff I love over Christmas, so I'm ready to suffer a bit... LOL.

Oh my goodness, Y'all don't want to know the stuff I ate for the last 3 days, lol. I'll tell ya this I enjoyed myself.

But I told myself that I would eat whatever I wanted for those 3 days and for next weekend also, because my diet is going to be real tight from January to May, with no cheat meals at all.

As for today this what I ate so far.

Meal 1
3/4 cup of cream of wheat, 6 egg whites, 1 glass of skim milk.

Snack
2 tbsp. of peanut butter

Meal 2
3 oz chicken breast, broccoli

Meal 3
can of tuna, 1 tbsp of light mayo, spinach
 
Today (Monday):

~ 9:30am/10 am (forget)
2 cups coffee, Splenda, 4 tblsp creamer
1 egg yolk, 4 egg white, veggies, ham, olive oil

~ 12:00 noon: Seafood Salad (see the recipe on the Muscle Food Board), butter lettuce

~1:30 pm -- walk to gym 30 min, Legs & Calves, Walk ~ 1 hour

~ 4pm -- 2 saltines, "Grilled" Turkey Sammich w/FF Thousand Island Dressing, FF Cheese, Healthy Choice Turkey Slices; "several" PB cookies
