do u plane your year?

ir right now planing my first cycle, im also planing how ill do for the rest of the year after its done.

since its my first ill grow the most but also i dont want to be on for to long time.

im planning to do a 9 weeker that consists of test p, mass cycle, 500 mg week.
hoping that ill gain at least 8-9 pounds pure musclemass, is that possible for me?

after thats done ill do my pct offcourse, then just maintain for 8-9 weeks, or till im feeling that im recovered.


then ill, depending on my bf, diet down for a couple of weeks, till the 9-10 % range.
doing offcourse, more intense workouts and some cardio.

and when i feel in good shape, start all over again.
this is my year planing.

now i wonder, u peeps here that have much more knowledge, do u have ideas how your year will look whit cycles and such?

i know my idea isnt as much detailed right now but....anything that u include...like supplements or such things during different periods of the year that i can include?

I have a couple of observations on this post;

1. If this is your 1st cycle there's no rule saying you'll grow the most. Especially when you consider your age, diet, training routine/history. I accomplished the most on my last cycle and that was by no means my 1st. And I'm probably a lot older than you are. I also assume you mean test/mast, right?

2. Gain 8-9 pounds of muscle mass? Tough to say without knowing stats.

3. You mentioned doing more intense workouts when off. If you're not going balls to the wall on every workout, hold of on AAS.

4. I think everyone should take a multi vitamin, BCAA, and Glutamine IMO.

Post up your stats and we'll get a little more into it.....
 
saw now that i wrote plane instead of PLAN, my bad.

well, ive for the last couple of years had the knowledge to make good diets and such. and by more intense training i meant lesser rest between sets to boost gh and to get more of a burning fat effect than the building muscle effect.


the thing i asked for was just suggestions how u plan your future monhts before/after cycle.
 
I like to do 52 week cycles

I was cruising on the prop for a few months switched to test suspension for a month (now that is a mans aas) Now I moved into this cycle.
