I don't know if anybody buys anything from
www.heavyweights.net but I have ordered some myoplex boxes from them. Ok, here's the problem, that was 3 weeks ago, and I still don't have my stuff! and to make matters worse, I got my credit card bill and it shows that I was billed TWICE for the same order!!!!!!

I keep sending E-mails, they don't reply, I keep calling, either they don't answer or they give me the runnaround, I am never buying from those guys again, + I'm gonna see if I can complaing to a Better Business Beaureu, and to my Bank. I'm not gonna take this lying down man, I'm pissed!!

I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM www.heavyweights.net owner Rob King.

Report the over-bill to your C.C. company. They have they're
own investigations unit. They should be able to get
your money refunded since no goods were received.

Rob King is starting to piss me off.

I ordered adipo from them and it took him 30 days to get it to me.

I thought I was the exception at the time.

He ended up giving me an extra bottle and shipping it express post with a tracking number and then promised to give me rebates on my next sales.

He gave me better treatment than others because I am a mod on a couple boards. That isn't fair...

I will make sure this is posted on my board as well.

Bump this up canadian bros! i posted on the canadian board about what a scammer rob King is. he lies and does not carry many of the products he claims too. Stay away from these guys. I can name at least 10 other bros who have had major problems also. Stay away from heavweights.com and rob king. latter, Luke
 
Rob King has always done well by me. Obviously some of you have had problems, but others posting shit may be competitors and if so, damaging a guy's business by spreading stuff around just ain't right.

You are treating the guy like a garden variety scam artist.

Most of these are small operations and there will be shipping and inventory stories from time to time... but is it the norm?

Sounds pretty harsh calling him a scammer, I don't deal with them myself, but being three weeks late, if that is a scammer I know a lot, and the credit card could be a mistake, I would give him some more time before, I ruin his business.
 
I honestly don't want to ruin the guy's business, and I can understand there could be errors, but why was I being ignored all the time??

I wrote this on Friday to Rob King:

Do the math-one guy comes on here talking about how rob king is a good guy...five others come on here and say he is not. rob king lies and blames the mail for everything. i can get into details if you guys want... i can also get ten others canadian bros on here to say what a piece of shit heavyweights are. order from these guys if you like the odds but why not stay with supplement company that actually has a good rep.latter, Luke

Let's say that "scammer" might not be the right wording...but as a matter of fact, Rob King is offering the poorest service I have ever seen....I never oredered there anymore after waiting for nearly 3 months for my supplements..and sending numerous e-mail without been answered....I even post my concern with is service on his board but he deleted it.....ahhh enough bashing....I found better places to order in Canada and I'm very happy with the service.....and btw I'M not a competitor...

If there are better Canadian supplement suppliers, I am more than happy to hear about who they are. Like the next guy, I want whey protein without a bunch of crap in it at a reasonable price. Anyone who has any ideas, please drop a Canadian bro a line and let me know about the better domestic supplement stores.

I still think it is very harsh to call King a scammer. Maybe a bit incompetent with mailing stuff sometimes. I personally think he should consider going Express Mail only. That way, no one can bitch, everything has a tracking number and both "sides" are playing by the same rules.

And if we're doing "the math," I did order three times from King and got everything every time, though things were quite slow once.

Might I add regarding the credit card situation, the whole thing is automated through whatever e-commerce provider he uses. It is fairly common for people to click "buy" twice and fool these systems while they are in the middle of validating the cc. So don't go off like King charged your cc twice, it's not like he's sitting there personally at the computer entering numbers or something.

I am sticking to my view on this which is if your gonna screw around with a guy's business you should be fair and get the whole story. Maybe he's a slow mailer, maybe you clicked twice on the "buy" button (I'm sure King has no intention of ripping you off for $200, he could go to jail for this kind of thing, and will make it right I'm sure)... but a scammer? Come on.

In fact Rob did a whole lot better for me than any other supplier would - had a lot of the old formulation (with PPA aka norephedrine) MD6 in stock, and sold me 6 bottles after the stuff was banned, for a good price.

And it is not far fetched for Rob to say that Canada Posting a regular package from Nfld. is probably slow and unreliable. Express Post might be a better way to go.
 
I will never deal with Heavyweights agian. Rob King is not a stand up guy. He lies about sending stuff and he doesn't respond to emails. That is just not the way to conduct good business. And he blames all that goes wrong on the mail system. Well Rob, if the way you mail things right now isn't working then maybe you should consider upgrading the way you mail your packages. Just a warning bros, if you order from Heavyweights be prepared to wait months.
 
So they're slow, not scammers.

If we were talking about a "source," I bet a thread with this title would never be allowed to live.

Well, today is Wed. and no package, and he didn't contact me on Mon with a "tracking #" like he promised.
I'm gonna wait 'till friday, see if I get a reply, if not, I'm unleashing the hounds! Anyway, one thing's for sure, that's my last order from him.
 
bump! i just spoke to a really nice bro who has been waiting on a package from lightweights since jan. he is owed 500 bucks and rob is fucking him around. he has contacted visa and they will give him 400 back. still he thinks rob will come through. and who was the asshole who claimed he was late, not a scammer? shut up when you don't know what you are talking about,Luke
 
Iam not defending this guy but as said above a scammer he is not I would say guilty of poor service, and a poor businessman for not keeping his people happy. A scammer is someone who takes your money and you never get nothing in return, they take your money and run.

Relax now Luke, take a deep breath, I hope your buddy get his situation cleared up, but I have been in the same boat before with a reputable company, who I won't name I finally recieved my package after two and a half months, but I never called them scammers I just never dealt with them again.

At this point I could give a good goddamn about your friend having problems with his $500 order of creatine. I have more important things to worry about.

Your friend may be a really nice guy. But you don't seem to be.
 
Amp lee, first off I wouldn't call luke a fuckhead, and I'm sure you wouldn't if you were face to face. Secondly the whole point of this thread is to warn people about this guy who obviously does not conduct good business. So if you want to wait 5 months or longer to get what you ordered then go ahead.

JAC, I never waited any 5 months for anything. Twice I received in 1 week, one time it was slower - just the facts, JAC.

I'm not here to pick fights - you see Luke started it by calling me an asshole. I am sure Luke is bigger than me and probably also a bigger fuckhead, too.

BTW, I'm not 18 and "little bitch ass" really don't capture the reality bro. I've been playing hockey since age 4 and have been calling guys fuckheads who are twice my size since then. Don't take it personal bro, it's all part of the game.

I posted a couple of threads on the supplement and diet board to get some info on heavyweights.net. I never got a response. I'm just glad I went with my instinct, and didn't lose my money to this fucker.

I was just surfing this section of the site and saw this thread.
No offense and if you didnt get your stuff yet bro but I have been ordering from heavyweights for over a year now and I havent ever had any problems and neither have any of my friends.
The longest I ever waited was 2 weeks and that was because i had some md6 on back order and told em to wait until it got in.And now we cant even get the Md6 and a few other things because of Canadian laws.

I just dont think its fair to call someone a scammer like this because your order is late or or your credit card fucked up. shit like this happens all time by accident.
I do know from experience renting vehicles that it takes up to 5 business days for a credit card to have charges or holds taken off.

Obviously your pissed cause of what has happend but sorry didnt happen to me or anyone else I know who deals with Rob.

Before anyone starts flaming me just realize that this is my experience here, not everyone is gonna have the horror story some of you are saying.
 
Milhouse, read the rest of the thread and look at all the people who have not gotten there stuff or have had so many problems with Heavyweights that they will never order from them again. You had to wait two weeks, but others are still waiting and it has been 5 months and counting. So far you and Amp Lee are the only one's to have gotten there stuff. If Rob King can only satisfy 2 out of every 20 customers then he is looking to loose a lot of possible business.
 
Thats fine JAC I have read the thread but I did say myself and friends of mine have not had any problems.

Just because only 2 out of 20 come on doesnt mean anything and i dont see 20 ppl complaining i see most are people repeating the same post over and over like Luke69 who never even said he has ordered from them.And the rest are people just yelling off with his head and they have never even bought from this place.

Probably most people who have had good service from Heavyweights and probably other companies that have been slammed are afraid to get slammed because anyone who says they got good service is getting flamed.
And no flame here but I dont really care if someone thinks I am full of it because I dont agree. If I got bad service I would have said that too.

I really don't think any of these companies would go out of the way to screw someone. I work in customer service as my career and alot of time its the suppliers fault and alot of time its the customers fault too.

As for the guy waiting 5 months my question is do they still have your money or have you been refunded?I can say I had great service and nobody believes me and he can say he has been waiting 5 months. Really how can we back that up on here except with our word?

And luke69 did order from them and never recieved his supplements. He had a post on the canadian board where a number of guys responded having the same problems with this guy. So that is great that you get your stuff but not everbody does.

I have gotten good service for the past year and that is not gonna stop me from ordering just because some people had a bad experience.If that was the case I would never order or buy anything from any company everytime someone complained.If you didnt get your stuff from someone get your money back or cancel the order, thats easy enough.
 
I called the Credit Card company and they said they're gonna investigate the problem, hopefully I'll get my money back, and then I can look for another place to buy (Locally)
