That's right, proper technique inclused turning your red neck truckin baseball cap backwards and saying "over the top" just before you start.

This past friday at the school when i teach, the librarian was asked to armwrestle this 8th grade football player. Long story short, the librarian didnt' want to be showed up by this kid and put all his strength into it and dislocated the kids ac joint in his shoulder AND tore some ligament in the kids elbow! crazy shit!

I mean it doesn't hurt if I don't use it for anything, but when I tried to play raquetball on Tuesday I hit a few balls and then I have a deep throbbing pain in my elbows for about 2 hours. I don't know how to get it to go away. I tryed working out once this week, but I couldn't do shit so I just left.

So word of the wise..do not arm wrestle to prove your strength, take them to the gym to show everyone ur a BA. Maybe my form is bad, but I don't know, this is really annoying. Hopefully I'll be ready to go full again on Monday, but in the mean time I'm going to go to the gym right now and try to do some Squats and Deads. We'll see.

Almost 2 and a half weeks later and I'm still screwed. I am convinced that I tore a ligament or something. I started 5x5 last week, and have been going light as well, but when I get to the bench press I'm just screwed. All the other exercises I really have no problem, even the military press isn't bad on my arm.

My arm doesn't really hurt unless I don't use it but I can't press anything. I probably can't do wide grip barbell curls, skull crushers, or alot of other tricep exercises either. I can actually do dumbell curls if I curl the dumbell towards my chest without much problem.

Today I dropped 210 lbs, I literally could not do it once, my arm tweaked and my lifting partner was like WTF. I tried it again and got it up once, but just barely. 185 x 5 was very difficult. I used to be able to do about 250 so this is really pissing me off. I tried to look up which muscles that appeared to be shot, and it is the extensor carpi radialis longus on the top/side of my forearm that is the worst. Ahh, at any rate, just frustrated, I'm afraid to use a pain killer or anything because I don't want to injure it further. Should I continue on 5x5 and just work the bench press really really really light to try to keep some of my muscle there?
