I arm wrestled a bunch of my friends last week and now my arm kills. That was almost a week ago. I mean it doesn't hurt if I don't use it for anything, but when I tried to play raquetball on Tuesday I hit a few balls and then I have a deep throbbing pain in my elbows for about 2 hours. I don't know how to get it to go away. I tryed working out once this week, but I couldn't do shit so I just left.
So word of the wise..do not arm wrestle to prove your strength, take them to the gym to show everyone ur a BA. Maybe my form is bad, but I don't know, this is really annoying. Hopefully I'll be ready to go full again on Monday, but in the mean time I'm going to go to the gym right now and try to do some Squats and Deads. We'll see.
