Do I NEED to switch injection sites?

Alright for my first injection I did it in my left quad and got sore as s*it and then second went to my right quad and had zero pain and zero soreness so I have stuck to it for the last 4 injections. Do I need to rotate or can I keep it in that right quad? Input please!
 
Not enough information given to answer your question. You've not told us how many cc's are going in, how frequently and what your goals are (such as wanting more bicep or delt development... I personally feel that site injections do cause more localized growth but that smaller muscles allow a little less into the bloodstream overall). I am personally not a fan of more than 1cc a week for smaller muscles or more than 2 cc a week for larger muscles, and I don't like sticking the same muscle more than once a week.

Aight. I'm running 500mg of test e once a week so about 2ccs. And as growth wise just overall. Nothing in particular
 
I'd always rotate sites as much as possible don't want a build up of scar tissue i have seen the result of this not nice at all
 
2 cc of test e a week should be easy even if breaking up into two injections. 1 cc in each quad, alternate with 1 cc in each glute and if need be 1 cc in each delt. So you could easily go with 1 cc in each muscle once every 3 weeks. Guys who do ED injections or 2+ cc EOD have a lot more to worry about.
 
Rotate for sure bro. Glutes and quads are easy for beginners. Don't keep pushing 2ml a week in the same spot

Imo never is it good to do over 1 1/2ml in one area. Honestly thats alot 1ml is plenty for one site. Glutes 1 1/2 is safe in my boat.
 
I always use a 23 gauge, unless im using test suspension in that case its the 18 gauge, they suck

I disagree I easily do 2 1/2 ccs in quads and glutes with no issues.

definitely rotate. you couldve gotten sorre for a lot of different reasons. Was that your first shot ever?

quads are nice and easy. Just try to keep the needle steady, warm up the oil, inject slow and heat/massage after if you can.

Im gonna guess that you might be more flexible to one side or more steady with one hand over the other.. now you should be able to relax a bit more and have a better shot on the other side.
 
Rotate. I use everything: traps, tri, bi, pecks, quads and calves. Pecks and bi I like the most (the burn feels good when I workout).
