Do i need to put a band aid over the injection site so I dont get an abcess or can you only get one if the needle isnt sterile. Also what does it mean when there is little droplets of blood in the end of the syringe when u look at it after u pull it out? thanks bros im an inject noob!

I'd prefer to put a bandaid over the spot. For two reasons, first being that it will keep the spot from bleeding while the hole is closing up, second, if you wipe the spot with alcohol before putting the bandaid on it keeps the site for the most part sterile avoiding any possibility for infection.

You need a band aid if you're bleeding. By properly disinfecting the area before and after the shot with alcohol, you don't need to worry about an infection. I usually use a band aid, so that I won't bleed on my clothes.

Properly disinfecting the area.... meaning just wiping the area with an alcohol pad right? Then I can just throw on some clothes correct?

Right. Wipe it off before and after the shot with alcohol. Then put the band aid on, after it dries. And you're good.

Just hold some pressure on the spot with the alcohol prep pad after injection for about a minute that’s usually enough to stop any bleeding
