Do guys really wear this shit?

Maybe it's because I'm pretty high right now but some of these clothes are downright hilarious. I'm sorry but I'm never paying that much money for clothes unless I'm wealthy enough to not even care that I'm spending $150 on a pair of jeans.

WTF?

Metrosexual version of Capri's???

Now look at how some of these guys are standing and tell me that most of them are self respected heterosexual guys lol

Capri jeans = gay

Seven makes good jeans, a notch up from Lucky's.

Them just look like long shorts to me...kinda like the skaters wear, but more "fitted" (which makes them geigh).

As for capri's...I bought a pair of cargo style tan colored capri's when I was in Greece. I rather like them. They aren't all slim fit like those though, and nobody's ever said anything bad or laughed at them (to my face anyway).

Length-wise they come down maybe an inch or two below my gastrocnemeus', and have a wide cut leg...I found a pic that is pretty damn close...

i'd probably look good in those white cargo capris

and so would a lot of you actually with the right shoes and a simple shirt

Carhartt jeans are ~$40 a pair and I'm pissed to pay that even though they last for years.

I could see KB in those fuggers!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The most expensive clothing I own are $85 steel toe boots that I use for construction. And if they wouldn't have been on sale I would have bought them either. Most nice shirts and pants of mine are $30 and under. Look for deals and to hell with the overpriced names.

I dont wear any seven jeans but I do buy diesel jeans. The thickness and quality won me over as a customer for life. I have yet to find a better quality pair of jeans.

If wearing jeans that are so baggy they either put me in the early 90's or goth category is what determines my sexuality, then I guess I am a raging homosexual. I get compliments from women all the time on my clothing and especially my jeans. I stay away for the tight fitting straight fit stuff though.

Oh, and as far as paying $300 for jeans or $150 for a shirt...that kind of stuff...fuck no!!!! I buy most of my clothes at Ross or Marshall's. I'll hit up Nordstrom Rack every once in a while too. I always check out the clearance stuff first, then the sales. I never buy anything for full price. My jeans cost me no more than $30 usually. T-shirts are like $9, tops! My usual attire is board shorts, t-shirt and flip flops though. God I love San Diego.

I own a few pairs of capri's and when I cycle I always wear knickers (capri's).

I'm guilt of spending alot of money on clothes, but I feel you get what you pair for. And I don't dress to impress dudes.

lol...the dealio is...the same thing you pay $200 for at Nordy's is the same thing I can get for $100 at Nordy's Rack...or $40 at Marshall's. You may get what you pay for...but I get a helluva lot more than what I pay for!!! :D

I don't dress to impress anyone, male or female. If I like it, I wear it. Everyone else can kiss my ass.

I happen to come up on a pair of Seven jeans for a great deal... and they are prolly the most comrfortable jeans I have ever worn..... but I would never pay retail for them. At least not till I'm rich anyways.

And It's hard for me to find my sizes in anything from the Rack and if I do it's all the shit no one else wants cause its fuggin ugly, and I won't be caught dead in Marshalls or Ross i'm a snob like that. To each his own, clothes, make me feel good.

While I would agree that I too buy what I like, the deeper psychology of it all suggests that you "like" what you have been socialized to like. Or, you do it for some other reason as to possibly draw attention to yourself otherwise diverted by your bland personality. That is, not your bland personality per se, but rather whoever wears the attention gathering clothes etc.

I remember having a discussion a long time ago about why an Americans view of a beautiful woman is always the same amongst almost every single male. Few men would say that that overweight hippopotamus of a woman serving up burgers at Mickey D's is hot. Or even a fat woman in general.

When I met my wife, we were in a bar/restaurant in La Jolla, CA, called Japengo's. It's a pretty upscale place where fools come all dressed up frontin' their best. I rolled in in jeans (it was a chilly January night) from American Eagle that I got off the clearance rack and used my niece's discount on. I think I spent a whole $15.00 or so on them bad boys. I was also wearing a long sleeve Maui Built T-shirt that was white and across the front said "It's all about me." The t-shirt was a gift. A pair of tennis shoes completed my fabulous ensemble (I usually get those from Nordy's Rack for no more than $30-40).

I didn't give a shit then, and I still don't give a shit now.

Clothes don't make me feel good. I make me feel good. I make clothes look good too.

It's a good thing I'm a confident and charming motherfucker...otherwise I'd go broke on clothes! :D

I can totally respect that! As you have heard me bitch about food prices, gas but funny you will never hear me bitch about spending money on clothes or shoes, wierd I know...

Give me a $40 pair of American Eagles and it's all good.

I pretty much buy what fits and don't worry about style or where it came from. Needing a 3-4X shirt and jeans that fit 32" thighs with a 32" inseam isn't easy. Also I can almost never find cheap shoes damn size 14.

Problem with 14's is it is a less common size. I used to have to order in cleats a lot because they carried up to 13 then skipped to 15. I've had several shoe salesmen tell me that they don't even get a lot of styles in 14.:(

Were tight fisted not cheap.LOL

If we went out for pizza I'd wear carhartt jeans, steel toe work boots, and a t-shirt. Is that manly enough? I hope so since that's my basic attire.

Tell me what you like, I'll find you some shoes. I can only wear tennies that have wide widths, like New Balance. I can't wear Nike's...too friggin narrow.

Oh I have found places that carry them now. I wear new balance cross trainers. Although the fuckers discontinued the ones I like I've had three pair of them and now have my first different pair and don't like them as much. Nike's don't fit me either, I have flat feet and short toes which doesn't work for them apparently.
