Do dairy products really make you ,hold water?

it does for me..i know when i just take a cup (im talking about measure) i can feel the bloat coming on....some do ... some dont..i know i do..

milk isnt a good precontest or cutting food becqause it is the single most hyperallergenic food i know of.
most guys get more shredded after 2 weeks off dairy

I was drinking soy milk for a while as a substitute for skim milk.... then I read somewhere that too much soy affects natural test levels.... is that true?

I hate soy milk, stuff is disgusting if you ask me.. They do have something in the stores that I have seen, and it is called fit milk. I will have to compare ingredients next time i go to supermarket.. Maybe that would be a better call..

Milk plugs me up big time-but the thought of ingesting Bovine Growth Hormone is kinda sexy in it's own sorta way.

Kinda strange how humans are the only species that consume another mammal's milk. It just doesn't seem natural...like my physique.

many people are lactose intolerant, which is one of the causes of bloating. Its also a bit of a strange sugar which some people cannot digest, particularly its galactose metabolic product (this can cause real problems for a few individuals-- though very few)

It's a big problem for non-whites especially - they havent been eating cow milk for thousands of years.

Last I read 70% for non europeans were lactose intolerant.
My organic milk that I buy is also lactose free. The disaccharaide is broken down but the sugar is still there as well as the galactose

I guess I should have said westerners instead of europeans
