For those of you who have experienced an anabolic rebound with DNP, what kind of training did you do? (high reps low weight, low reps high weight, etc)
I think after a week of feeling like shit (hot, sweaty, hungry, tired, clammy) coming off it is like a relief....which by some could be considered a rebound but i don't know how anabolic it might be
yeah i'm not sure on the exact science of this "rebound," but I've read that your muscles lose quite a bit of water while on your DNP cycle. Water returning to the muscles about a week after the cycle end certainly made me feel and look better. I did notice a little strength gain in the week after being off, but not much...could've just been a regular gain from my ass off lifting.
