I've been reading up a bunch on DNP for the past 2 months, and I have considered doing a low dose cycle just to gauge my reaction. I've heard that doses as low as 100mg a day can be effective if taken for long enough periods, and the side effects are hardly noticeable. The thing is, most caps come in 200mg doses. Since DNP has a long halflife, how does 200mg EOD compare to 100mg ED?

I don't know if I'm actually gonna bother with 100mg, but I'm just wondering about this detail.
 
Well, I don't know how much you weigh but most who do low dose dnp go 200mg/day. However, since the half life is so long, 200mg eod would work if you were wanting 100mg/day.
 
I'm 185 at around 11% bf. I know most people use 200mg as their low dose, but you still feel the heat from dnp at that dose. I was wondering if anyone else had experience with even lower doses, and what they thought of the sides/results.

I would only do such a low dose to get through my last 2 weeks of school without sweating like a pig. Supposedly at 100mg you can still function pretty normally and the sides are very weak. After finals I'm gonna run a week at 200mg. This is my first time using, and I really don't need to lose much fat, so I'm not worried about being conservative with doses.
