DNP question for experienced users...

You know bro, I've done strict and I've done "non"-strict...To tell you the truth, I've lost less on non-cheat then on cheat...It has to do with the heat the body throws off due to continued carbohydrate intake. If you are strict the amount of carbs is lessened, hence less heat is thrown off and less fat is burned. Now, when I say non-strict I don't mean sit around and eat cake, I mean follow a real high-carb diet, and med. protein. Usually for me, I just buy a box of cereal and a gallon of milk and that's my food for the day...can't mess up there.

I am so glad you said that! You remember yesterday, I went all nuts because I ate all of that fat free/ sugar free ice cream? The thing is, @ 10 min later, I was on FIRE!
The same ting today...I ate a bunch of fat-free eggos, w/ lo calorie syrup and felt like I was going to MELT!
 
i've done 3 dnp cycles so far.......lost more weight when i did NOT cut back on carbohydrates and fat. i didn't pig out at "all you can keep down" 24/7, but i also did not follow a strict cutting diet. i think that you have to eat carbos and fat in order to loose on dnp. moderately. not insanely.

Sugar in both? sorry, I don't see what you mean at all, but I'll take an educated guess.

No, if you are using DNP, the sugar is converted to heat and thrown off, hence the increase of bodily temperature. The DNP works via mitochondria interference of the ADP-ATP conversion chain. This is why nothing can be stored, all is used for heat.

Also just as a side note I have found if you eat after your dnp dose you will feel much better, you will be hotter yes but your stomach will fell better, you will not feel like your about to hurl, and you will not get the screaming shits.
