So how did the dnp - dinitrophenol - work out? How many lbs did you lose, was there serious bf% loss?

i ended up losing i'd say like 10 lbs.. but it aint worth it.. i will never go through hell like that again just to lose weight.. there are much better alternatives..

I would only do it in the winter and if I worked from home or had a week to disappear from the world.

Yes, I did my first cycle in summer and it required A/C or else I would have killed myself...

And dont think about doing cardio (I say it again, just in case )
