Is 2,4-Dinitrophenol Sodium Salt the same as crystal DNP? Is it messy and does it cause yellow stains like powdered DNP?

Now, I understand you have a lot of posts, and I am new to this forum, but please, please try to think before you talk. It will make people think more highly of you.
Now that we have that part clear. dnp - dinitrophenol - - dinitrophenol - isn't such a dangerous drug when it is used properly. If not used properly yeah its dangerous as hell, but when someone uses it correctly, it works like nothing else. It works great even though the side effects are uncomfortable. Theres very very little chance of long term side effects such as cataracts, and even then, it seems to be almost in women exclusively. And on top of everything, it has been around for a very long time so there is a lot of information and studies on it so we know a lot about it compared to some of the newer drugs bodybuilders use.

You arent willing to mess with thyroid but you are willing to risk a trip to the ER or death or other permanent unknown effects? Sometimes we get too wrapped up in our own goals and desires when it comes to bodybuilding, and common sense sometimes suffers as a result, I am guilty of this in my own way. And about working harder, I have been. I lost 45 pounds, I am at 11% bodyfat, I just have a little bit of fat on my stomach and chest, a very little bit, my trainer says its only about 2 pounds of fat at most, my body wont let go of it. I have followed all the diets posted here and on other sites. I have done all the cardio and weight training. I have even started to do HIIT and jumproping. I just dont know what to do past all this because nothing is really working and thats why I am thinking about DNP.
Also, I have tried an eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin stack, doesnt do much for me. I dont want to try Clenbuterol because its bad for your heart, and I'm not going to mess with my thyroid function so I am not interested in T3/T4.
And sorry about the earlier post about thinking before your talk, I didnt intend to sound so mean.

A trip to cancun... you cant be serious. I thought you were competing for a bodybuilding show or something. I totally agree with you with the risk of ending up in the ER, but with careful monitoring and a low dose (200mg daily for a week), I havnt heard of anyone ending up in the ER. Its only when they upped the dose. There is very low chance of any permanent side effects and from what I understand, the only one really is cataracts, and thats almost exclusivly in women, and is quite rare in women also. I believe its in 1% of women and 0.1% of men and thats when dnp - dinitrophenol - was used for a long period of time. With the drug being around for so long, I believe we know of all the long term side effects and there really arent any unknowns here. Once again, I'm talking about 200mg doses, of course theres gunna be serious side effects, short or long term in high doses.
I guess I did get wrapped up in my goals, its pretty much because I am going to Cancun in a week and a half and wanted to have my 6 pack show, I have the muscles developed, just a little bit of fat over them that needs to go.

And it would definetly help out that dnp - dinitrophenol - makes your thyroid hormones jump temporarily after you get off of it, because I'm going to be eating a hell of a lot there.

wanna lose weight??? hit the treadmill and run run and keep running. don't leave the gym til you're DRENCHED in sweat. do it every single freakin' day. 2 miles, 4 miles, 7 miles, etc.
watch the lbs melt off. way safer than dnp - dinitrophenol - and prolly faster.

I've read you should not increase from 200mg for at least 3 days because of its long half-life. And about the gym thing, bro I run everyday, like I do crazy shit. My ankles are in pain, I still tape them up and even throw a brace on - on top of the tape, and run. Ive changed my routine, took eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin, etc... Now I'm jump roping and doing HIIT, hopefully that will work. And about the sweat part, theres not a single part of my body or clothing that isnt drenched every single time.

A week is way too soon to notice anything. Going from 50 pounds and 25%+ bodyfat to 11% in 6 months is a big change and your body might not be designed to go beyond that. Some people are naturally skinny and have to do all they can to gain weight and dont go beyond a certain weight, you are the opposite apparently. Just be thankful you achieved what you have because so many people arent able to.zipzster00 said:I go by weight and bodyfat measures everyweek with my trainer.
