dnp cycle length?????????

gotta few questions for the dnp vets out there........

1. how long can i safely stay on dnp at 200 per day?

2. if i took 200 eod, and 400 eod, would this average out to 300?
the opressive heat & humidity here in the big easy during the summer makes 400 per day too much; at 200 per day i don't even notice it. is this eod plan is workable to get 300 every day?

the longer i read, the more i learn!!!! foik the other BB sites!

yeah dude, good thread! i recall reading the first 2 replys, didn't go back for the others. shudda searched before posting!

still haven't answered the average question: does 200 eod and 400 eod necessarily average out to 300 per day? or does 1 + 1 not equal 2 in this case?

I would try 200 one day 400 the next if you are shooting for something stronger than 200. It will be close enough.

my sorry stats are: 6 ft 1, 223 pounds, 48 inch chest, 38 inch waist, 44 years old, too much bf (obviously!), but thanks to working out more, clean diet, dnp and the knowlege i get from this site, it's getting better!

i wish the internet and this web site whudda been around in my 20's and 30's!!!!

Space them out this way .... stick with me .....

you want 300/day.

over 2 days that woudl mean, 3 tabs, 600 mg, so that is correct.

Now, 2 days is 48 hours.

48 hours
_______ == 48/3 = 16 Hours per pill.

3 pills



So, take a pill every 16 hours and you will be fine.
