My last communication with Dan Duchaine, before he died, was a discussion about DNP. He suggested to me that DNP works better when taking carbs. He suggested a low carb diet without DNP week 1. Then carb up week 2, taking 300mg DNP twice daily (male dosage). Then low carb without DNP week, and so on. He also suggested cardio/cycle training as the exercise of choice, for you will not be strong enough to push heavy weights. Also, the cardio will burn more calories. I never tried the regimen, but he informed me of people losing 7-10 lbs of fat on average per week. You continue the cycle until you are done reducing. His cycle made sense, from a biochemical point of view. I would love to try it, but I can't get my hands on DNP. The chemical company I have an account with will only ship it to a lab.
