Dnp And Clen????

my last question about combining dnp and t3 was shot down by all except one broly, so................

on a "low and slow" dnp run of 200 powdered for 30 to 45 days, would adding a tab or 2 of clen be beneficial for even more bf loss?:argue:
 
I've run clen by itself, clen with T3, and DNP with T3, but I've never run DNP & Clen. Adding clen is probably a waste, but if you are running DNP long term, it might help because of its anti-catabolic properties.

Why didn't anyone support running T3 with your DNP? T3 helps keep the blast furnace going after a few days on DNP, because you body will try to lower your metabolism to compensate for the effect DNP has on your body.
 
Last year I used:
400mg DNP (powder)/day split in 2 doses
50mg T-3/day split in 2 doses
ECA split in 3 doses/day
for approximately 1 1/2 weeks last year and lost approximately a 1lb per day. It worked for fat loss, but I literally had a puddle forming on my desk at work. I sweated rediculously, had trouble sleeping, couldn't workout due to having no energy. Like I said, it worked, but was not a very pleasant experience.
 
dude dnp is one of those "you must respect" drugs, unless you have tried DNP by itself don't even propose stacking it with another drug and if you do by chance get your hands on some dnp remeber it takes a lot of time before it starts kicking in (i made that mistake.....) in other words if you take a dose at night and wake up and its not working yet finish the whole day before you do another dose or try an increased dose, this is one drug to error on the side of caution!!!

i've taken a gram of dnp at a time and thought i was going to die....the inferno your body generates is ridiculous...your resting body temp will be up at 100 degrees or so and you won't even have to workout (needless to say you won't be able to work out)

anyway i would recomend starting with one 200mg a day dose for 3 days just to find your own personal tolerance, if you stick with a low dose so that your metabolism and body temp is only slightly elevated you will have no problem working out but will loose fat at a faster rate.
