Sorry work life a d training got me dun in lately ,
I managed to land a job in a big super gym in my co the only thing being is its not yet built lol so been helping to build it well just a bit labouring and running around. I'm also still on the doors weekends and been managing to fit in my lifting gradually getting my strength back with the beast and test and extra cals lol. This week I've been off both due to pulled trap and dam tendonitus
But hope to be killing shit again come Mon.

My goal is 80kg I nearly got that last season I reached 77.5kg before I started to cut.
Thanks for that guys here's a vid of my bench @65kg I then done 8 reps @ 67.5kg , hoping to hit 3x8 @ 67.5kg next bench day.
Also I went to see a physio about my trap and tendon problems. As for elbow she said good that I removed the rows and also said apply ice and a brace to support it.
My trap is going to need some work which started yesterday there were all sorts of noises coming from it when she worked on it apparently a few sessions and should be pain free ..
Lifting going really well adding ever w o. Size is looking good too.
