Hey guys here goes bulking season has came early.
Zed and Mmb kindly sorted new programme for mass gains. I will post up before measurements. And my cals have increased to 2200 and eventually will reach around 2500 as my lifts increase. I start mon will post up workout ....👍😁

Well I weighed in at 152lbs today, the new prog seemed to work well can't wait to add weight each week, only issue I had was behind shrugs need some practice with them so going to de load for next time and work at form.
 
LOL yeah those are very diff from the normal front or side shrugs. The ROM is small but the results are exponentially awsome. You will love then in no time boobsy.

Hey Zed the curls I do are lying flat face down on a machine hook my ankles round a pad and pull my ankles toward my arse lol
 
Nah boobsy I ment on the calve killas. You put 75 kg for that. That comes out to 154 pounds.
 
Oh lol sorry chief I used the two feet calf press as I was training at a new gym was easier. Im just trying to find my way round the new place it's massive ha.

I managed to land a job in a big super gym in my co the only thing being is its not yet built lol so been helping to build it well just a bit labouring and running around. I'm also still on the doors weekends and been managing to fit in my lifting gradually getting my strength back with the beast and test and extra cals lol. This week I've been off both due to pulled trap and dam tendonitus
But hope to be killing shit again come Mon.

Hey JR your back bro this made my day thank you so much nice to see you back, thanks Cutie your a gem yeah I hit it with some ice taking anti inflams too also added some gelatin to my shakes and garlic caps them added Nates skeletal balm. That should sort it out lol.
I'm back training now in two sessions I've added 10 kg to bench I'm now getting my strength back after the cut I'm now benching 4x8 @ 65kg my goal is 80kg I nearly got that last season I reached 77.5kg before I started to cut.

Well boobsy thats only 176 Lbs.
You will be doing 200+ suga as this is a bulk up/strength program.
And we arent too time limited either.

My goal is 80kg I nearly got that last season I reached 77.5kg before I started to cut.

I'm with Zed, I reckon you could get to 90kg natty, 100kg+ with juice. Just MO....

Also I went to see a physio about my trap and tendon problems. As for elbow she said good that I removed the rows and also said apply ice and a brace to support it.
My trap is going to need some work which started yesterday there were all sorts of noises coming from it when she worked on it apparently a few sessions and should be pain free ..
Lifting going really well adding ever w o. Size is looking good too.

Use it.

This will keep you benching for a long long time injury free. And it will even add instant weight to your bench.
 
He's right D. It might look awkward and unusual bit it really is so much easier on the shoulders and you can handle more weight :)
 
Guys I practised this for a long few month and could I hell get it right , even at a light weight I felt off balance.
I also wont be able to watch the bid as I train as there is no bliddy signal.
 
Maybe give it a shot, get yer Mrs to film it and we could give pointers? :)
 
Yeah could do that but leave it as is until I master that. Coz tbh ATM if I'm still adding weight it wouldn't really hurt to carry on that way a lil while longer.
 
Really boobsy all it amounts to is this,
1. Lay down flat on the bench.
2. Lift your feet up off the ground and "kick" you feet back toward your head so that you are on your toes.
3. Grab the bar and lift yourself off the bench. While doing this "tightly" arch your lower back while at the same time pulling your shoulder blades together. Then let yourself fall back onto the bench.
4. You need to be tight from your calves to your shoulders and elbows.

Its easier to do this with some weight on the bar as opposed to just using the bar (for me at least).
Just practice it. You could make this part of your warm up even if you dont feel comfy using it to do the actual lift.
If you do it right its not a comfortable position. But its rock solid!

Ok lets break it down for you suga.
Work up to a wider grip. Go a finger at a time wider till your one full hand space wider on each side.
You have your feet back nicely but your too relaxed suga.
So do this.
Lay down on the bench.
Kick your feet back just like you have then but flex your calves and thighs and butt.
Arch your lower back as hard as you can and all at the same time squeeze your shoulder blades together hard.
Then you are ready to bench.
Practice it and you will get it and keep puttin up vids so I can see your progress.
Less cloths would be nice too....shorts? with a short top?

Hey boobsy, your really good at getting your feet under you but like CS says then you loose it.
Your points of contact on the bench are,
Head
Shoulders
Butt
and thats all.
Try to imagine that there is something like a big towel roll under your lower back that really makes you arch your back. In fact do this.
Get a really big beach towel and roll it up like a log. You do this by folding the long sides in toward the middle of the towel. Then roll it going long ways. Put that under your lower back so that you feel what its like. Then practice supporting yourself with the towel there. Meaning you take the weight with your back muscles. You can do this at home on the floor.
That is how you need to be on the bench.
This is very important that you learn this, thats why Im beating on you about it suga.

What's with putting your feet under your bum?? Is there any benefit to it or just habit!

The whole set up is designed to eliminate a large amount of delt involvement. The foot position helps maintain the posture. :)

Ok sorry for the delay in this !! My life is so hectic these days.

Well training all going really well adding weekly.
Here's a couple numbers for an idea of where I am.
Bench 75.kg 165lbs.
Arnold press. 22.5kg 49lbs
Squat 80kg 177lbs
Seated bull bar row 80kg 177lbs
Shrugs bb 110kg 243lbd
Ez curls 40kg 88lbs

Im happy with these though 1 thing is the rack pulls are proving pretty difficult
I'm working with form that dam curve is back as I get higher than 100 kg but bare with me I will fix this.

I'm also training with my girl which I'm really enjoying it's a great opportunity for me to get the practice in before my job in jan.

The reason for the feet back under your azz is that way you can also push thu your feet. The bench press is a Whole Body lift and should be done as such.

Ok well we now have to train evenings so I think my body is kinda confuses by this. I was lagging today after lifting 6 then 4 reps @ 67.5 kg last wk I today struggled to get them out @ 75kg , guna keep pushing though as this has to be done to accommodate my work. Tendon feeling better also trap too. So just Gota get through this change in time lol. Also I'm at wk ten of test so now Gota take 5 wks off hoping to not lose too much strength but have a plan if I do Thanks to my friend Radar he me mentioned half the weight I'm struggling with then hit ten sets of ten for two weeks then should get me through that plateau ..

Zed I have removed the rack pulls from my programme with still having problems with my trap Nd
tendon I thought it was best to get them sorted. As my my programme is now free from the rows and rack pulls things are feeling a whole lot better ,I'm now into my second week of 5 test free , you think I should add some ketanadrol or beast to kick in my next cycle? I've kinda lost a lil strength but nothing to bad so far.
Hope your all well. As usual I'm so rushed off my feet I'm finding it hard fitting everything in I'm now working an average 40hour wk and still training .

I would use the Beast and save the Kat for when you decide to cut.
Good on dropping the rack pulls and rows. Better to drop a few lifts and keep training then to have to stop dead in your tracks.
Glad to hear that your working suga. Beats hell out of the alternative.
