dizziness while working out?

yeah.... i dunno if this is the right forum to ask this in, but i've got a question: Sometimes when I work out I'll be working out for maybe 30 minutes but then I'll start to get a little dizzy and a bit sick to my stomach. I get a drink of water from the drinking fountain, but that seems to just make it worse. So I was wondering if anyone knows why this is? Could it be that I'm simply dehydrated and should drink more water during the day? Or am I possible overworking myself? I'm 18 if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for any help.

Lot of people feel nausea from working out. Just grab a bucket..get it over with and get back to work

Lately, I seem to feel nauseated every monday morning Squat. Also, when my belt is too tight it makes me sick. What I usually do is puke and come back to squat.
:(
But I understand what you say, its annoying.

It happens to me when my blood sugar gets low. Try eating something small before you go. If it doesn't help you can eliminate hypoglycemia.

i used to get nausea. when i started to eat a 500 cal meal and drink 1/3 gallon of water before every workout it all went away. it works!

Yes, dont lift on an empty stomach. Also make sure you are drinking water, and that your BP is in check.

Try sipping on some gatorade while working out instead of water. Could be low cals/sodium. I usually eat a meal ~30 mins before the gym also.

if your piss is a yellowish color, then this indicates that you are dehydrated, and need to be drinking more fluids during the day.

also, what are you eating? could be that you are not eating enough during the day before your workouts

that is 100% true. eating and drinking water 30-60 min before a workout helped me and my brother out a whole lot

I notice i fatigue towards the end of my workouts when I don't have a small meal before the gym.. The dizziness can be from blood being flushed to you head when using heavy weight (i get it on decline bench and bent over rows)
