Weigh in is between 5:30- 8pm Friday night... Is just the 1/2 goning to be enough? I'm currently 192 but need to be 186- 187 to make my class. Whatcha think?

I would do 1 full pill at 4pm and then 1/2 at 6:30pm if you are are still too heavy.
