A good OTC one is : Taraxatone

OTC ones I've used for competiton include Taraxatone & MHP Xpel. If its for a specific date for something (e.g. photo shoot, competition, etc.) you can run a carb deplete / water deplete / carb load sequence along w/ the diuretics.

AIFM sounds like it does the trick as well -- or stuff for estrogenic water retention.
