Without a controlled substance, how will the government prove that what you may have possessed was, in fact, a controlled substance? The search warrant may cause you some headaches, but I don't see a conviction coming down the pike.

Having realted materials on your PC is circimstancial evidence, so as long as you do not have too much circumstancial evidence, then there is nothing that they can do.

Can't you still be charged with "conspiracy". I have a customer of mine who was charged with and convicted of conspiracy for offering up cycle advice. (this is what he told me anyway)
