I recently purchased a Pro-horomone made by BSN it's called 1-T-AQ.I have subscribed to be a platinum memebr but I havent seen this supp. refered to. I also got a knockoff N02 called Nitric Suspension.
My age is 22 I've been working out hard the past 4 years. I am at 17%BF(according to the Hawc) and I weight 193.
What I want to know is any pros-cons of 1-T-AQ and if it's a good pro to have. Im a rookie at stacking so I chose to only use 1 Pro until I got used to it so here is my current stack tell me if it's good or bad.
Nitric Suspension (4 on empty,4 Before 1 in the afternoon),1-T-AQ(2 On Empty,2 at 1 in the afternoon and 2 more at 6),GNC Iron-Man(multi-1 in the morning after breakfast and 1 after lunch),GNC CLA(After Lunch),GNC Creatine(I drink it with grape juice before and after workout),GNC Thermoburst(Before workout only),GNC Whey Protein after workout only....
My Diet consist of 2 cans of chicken at 75 gr of protein a can and 2 cans of tuna at 32.5 per can. Then I also have a bowl of mixed veggies.For Breakfast I usually have a PB&J sandwhich or a scrambled egg whites and bacon sandwhich. Thats over 215 gr of protein at least. Is that good? I also make a protein concoction I poor 4 egg whites in my mug with 2 scoops of protein(20 gr a sccop) add a little warm water and shake it up and drink it.
The Look Im going for is that LL Cool J type of look.
I do Cardio 4 times a week I run outside 2.5miles on T&Th and on W&Su I do 4.5 miles.
I go to the gym 4 times a week
Tues: 4 hrs after cardio
Biceps & Upper/Lower back(curls,preacher curls,curls with pulley,seated rows,reverse situps,i use the back machine)
all exercises are done in sets of 6 from highest weight down to the lowest.
Wed:4 hrs after cardio
I do Chest(Flat bench,Incline,Vertical,flys,Weighted Dips,pushups,these things where i lay down and take to dumbells and press them up,this machine where i spread my arms wide then inside again).
All exercise are done in sets of 6 from highest weight down to lowest.
Thurs:4 hrs after cardio
I do triceps and abs (Pulldowns with rope,pushbacks with dumbell,pulldowns on knees,reverse pushups,dips,leg lifts,leg lifts laying down,crunches,side crunches)
All exercises are done in sets of 5 from highes weight or highest known rep.
Friday:
Legs(squats,leg curls,leg presses,leg extension,hacks,and these things where i knell down and pick up to dumbells)
The most painfull of all.I do 10 sets of squats,hacks,and I do 10 sets of leg presses with my feet at diffrent angles and I also finish off by taking some weight off and doing 1 leg at a time. I would do cardio the next morning but my legs hurt so much the next morning I cant do it lol.
I train hard and don't loligag around so my question is what can I expect the 1-T-AQ to do along side of the other thing's Im taking. Is there something I'm missing or am I taking to much. Please help me out guys/gals.
Tell me if this can help me realize my goal and put me in the best shape of my life. And also allow me to become a dancer.(They gets paid lol)
