digital scale

Any of you use a digital scale at home to monitor your weight? I have one that I step on every morning and if I get on it first thing out of bed it says one thing. If I walk around for a few minutes and do some activity, (I'm not talking about taking a leak or working out or anything), just walk to the kitchen and back it is about 1.5 to 2 pounds lighter on average. What the crap is up with that?

I may have to go the analog route. It is kind of hard to chart your progress with that kind of variable.

I have a food scale that I wish was digital because when you are worried about grams and stuff like that, the needle seems too big, but for body weight, it's not the goods.
