yeah it's nothing to write about. They normally go for 70k...i got it for alot less than that because of the housing prices. So it's something I'm staying in till i'm out of school, which means i'll be lookin to possibly sell next year. I dunno though, if the market isn't quite fully back who knows. I'm looking at land to build my own place. I "probably" will need to sell this place before i can do that but there's a slim possibility i might not need to but we'll see. 2 years is my max target for being out of here....couldn't take this place for much longer than that. I need to see some woods when i look out the back porch, and have my own garden. I'm over the city life.
