I think so. I can't confirm any of this, but i've heard from more than one source that he is legally retarded. Still fully functional, but won't ever quite fully develop. Hence him working in a restuarant his whole life, his love for movies, TV shows, super heros, and of course living at home with his mother.Gambino said:

Theron is a real person. Very much real. And his e-persona is the same as his offline one as well.
He first started posting here as Theron and was banned after a while because everyone (mods included) thought he was a kid. He came back as moten and posted a while longer and we caught on quick but before he was banned he posted his phone number on here one night back when C&C was pretty much a free for all (and you whiny bitches on here wouldn't last 4 threads) and he got about 300 phone calls over the next two days. To the point his mother Gloria went on a tirade everytime she answered the phone. That is how we found out that he was slightly deficient mentally. It is true that he is legally impaired and has a handicap. When he talks about Back To The Future and Sliders and comics he isn't making that up, he really does like those things.
Over the years we learned to tolerate him and even embrace him as one of our to the point he was sort of like the chat board mascot. He does indeed bump old posts and posts a lot of stuff that he wants to share with us that he finds interesting or amusing in his little world. He has been warned about it in the past, but you can't hold someone with his condition to having a perfect memory.
He does have a passion for bodybuilding and has never used any roids or anything but yet possesses a physique that makes even me want to go home and cry myself to sleep when I look at the genetic potential it has.
