Digestion!

So am I the only one that is experiencing digestion problems with all this protein i'm eating? Anyone have any suggestions on fixing it? I hate looking bloated, it adds like 5 pounds to my appearance :(
 
Bromelain is great for protein digestion. Just don't take more than 2500 gdu daily.
 
Digestive enzymes are pretty good for anyone who really wants to make sure they get the most out of their food.

Hey Thandie! I've got probiotics at home I bought when I had to take antibiotics last month. I've never taken them specifically before dinner...is there an advantage to this?

They work best when you have finished with all your meals and have it right before dinner. Taking probiotics is one of the best things you should do to keep your intestine healthy.
