different EFA?

Okay i am sick of olive oil and flax oil..i was wondering can i use Natural Peanut Butter,the one i have has 15g fat total but 2gram saturated fat,1gram carbs and 9protein per 2tbsp......If you say the carbs are bad than dont even reply to the post,the carbs aint gonna kill me but i was just wondering if Natural PB is a good EFA to use,i aint doin KETO or whaeva

What I do, is mix olive oil in my tuna fish, can't taste it then. Flax you can mix in a protein shake. If you still can't stant the taste of the two you can replace olive oil with peanuts or natural PB, and replace flaxseed oil with liver cod oil (taste like sh!t, let me warn you) or you can eat fish, just make sure not to overcook.
 
Yes....peanut butter is good for EFA's...its not as good as flax but is still very good (as long as its natty). I use it all the time since im at school and its sometimes hard to get good fats in my diet. Just remember, like everything get some variety.
 
I like to pour out the oil on top of the nat. pb, and mix in some flax, stir it, and put in the fridge. Tastes pretty much the same, and is better!
 
Peanuts are NOT a good source of EFA's (n-3,6) it is however a very healthy fat source and is rich in monounsaturated fat.
 
fidh oils and/or hemp oil are far better than PB (as for EFAs)
 
fish oils are :sick: .... certainly

but with hemp you can make
hemp oil (rich in omega 3s and 6s)
and cannabis....
isn't it worth a try ?
