Okay i am sick of olive oil and flax oil..i was wondering can i use Natural Peanut Butter,the one i have has 15g fat total but 2gram saturated fat,1gram carbs and 9protein per 2tbsp......If you say the carbs are bad than dont even reply to the post,the carbs aint gonna kill me but i was just wondering if Natural PB is a good EFA to use,i aint doin KETO or whaeva
