Ite guys, whats up? First of all i want to give my stats: 5'7 ,165,been working out about 3 years naturally and ive gained almost 40 lbs in that period. I beleive i have peaked out or it has become alot harder to gain. Ok first of all im going ot be running tren @ 75 mg ed for 8 weeks, along wiht some prop, Keep in my that my metoblism is pretty fast with no dieting at all and alot of beer drinking im still @ 10% body fat, but i want to be @ 4%. Tell me if you think this diet sound ok?? No carbs from mon-fri, friday b4 my workout i will eat a banana, that will bring me outta ketosis, after the workout of course i will be back in ketosis, then i will eat some type of sugar carb for an insulin spike and that will help feel my muscles back out, sat maybe 100g of carbs, sun some carbs from some kind of vegetables, none after 6, mon it starts over?? does this sound like it will get me @ 4% without loosing any lean muscle? any other suggestions, plz give me your input,

damn bro, use the search function and research your diet a little better, and 4 %, that professional BBer's competition bf, not sustainable for long period of time without serious health risk. btw how old are U? good luck in getting ripped though.
 
imo low carb low calorie is the bst way to get sliced n diced, however you can kickstart the diet with a ckd for a couple of weeks. no carb is really for the morbidly obese, unless you dont care if you sizzle your mass away

YEs but what im thinking is that , when friday roles around you eat that banana or some kind of hypoglycemic carbs to refuel your muscles and that would bring back your pump due to the insulin spike, then after the banna do a depletion workout to go back into ketosis, and then eat minimum carbs/calories to get the second rebound of affect of coming out of ketosis. Ive known a couple of guys that have done this and said they would never try any other cutting diet again, including dan dushane~the smartest man ever in my opinion

Not even close bro. You are in trouble. Do some research. Set up a more detailed diet then ask questions. Theres no way in hell ou are gonna get a pump from one banana a week. Its hard enough to get a decent pump when your carbs are at 25% of your diet. And 4%. If you can maintain that for even one month youve got my congrats.

My thoughts exactly bro. You may be selling yourself a little high, 4% is unhealthy to stay at, not to mention very hard. Lots of beer is never a good diet either. I would maybe revise your plan bro.

If your metabolism is that fast.

Cut out the drinking and you should see a change in your physique.
