Ite guys, whats up? First of all i want to give my stats: 5'7 ,165,been working out about 3 years naturally and ive gained almost 40 lbs in that period. I beleive i have peaked out or it has become alot harder to gain. Ok first of all im going ot be running tren @ 75 mg ed for 8 weeks, along wiht some prop, Keep in my that my metoblism is pretty fast with no dieting at all and alot of beer drinking im still @ 10% body fat, but i want to be @ 4%. Tell me if you think this diet sound ok?? No carbs from mon-fri, friday b4 my workout i will eat a banana, that will bring me outta ketosis, after the workout of course i will be back in ketosis, then i will eat some type of sugar carb for an insulin spike and that will help feel my muscles back out, sat maybe 100g of carbs, sun some carbs from some kind of vegetables, none after 6, mon it starts over?? does this sound like it will get me @ 4% without loosing any lean muscle? any other suggestions, plz give me your input,
