I was hoping if I post my diet if you could review and offer suggestions
This would be a cardio day only
Meal 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
Protein Drink (Isopure)
Multi Vitamin
Meal 2 4 oz Chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
greens
Meal 3 Protein Shake (Myoplex Light)
Meal4 4 oz Chicken
1/2 Oatmeal
Meal 5 Pre Workout
Myoplex Light Rice Cake
Post Workout Cottage Cheese with pineapple
2 hours later 4 oz protein greens and 2 teaspoons udos
Multi Vitamin b4 bed again
I am trying to loose some weight so I was wondering if anybody had any imput with regard to usuing this diet
