diet?

I will be slowly switching over from my cutting diet to maintenance diet to bulking diet over the next couple months. Instead of protein powder I will be using all EAS myoplex shakes. I will be adding carbs via oats and wheat crackers and bread. Now, when it comes to fat intake, with meals that have carbs in them such as 4 pieces of wheat bread, how much fat via natural PB and flax seed should I take in without putting on too much BF.

Often times you are told to stagger meals with carbs and fats. For example in the meals you take in more than 40 grams carbs, yo intake <10g fat. On the flip side, when you take a low carb meal, you bump up the fat, so like 24 g flax fat and <10 carbs. Som epeople alternate in this fashion every meal except for post workout meals. It personally doesn't work for me, no carbs make me flat. When I am bulking, I Just get 50-60 g heavy complex carbs throughout the day and get about 15-30 g nat. PB fat in morning and about 15-30 g fat of flax in my post post workout meal. In the end its all about calories anyway right, you still need to meet the caloric intake requirements regardless.
