K heres my prob. I work fulltime, as well as being a full time student, as well as playing semi-pro ball so building a meal plan for myself with the right ratios and cals is out the window (due to time constraints)but i have three months to cut about 25 pounds(I wanna be at 200 with 7%bf for the start of the season). So I need a suggestion for a diet tracking journal or software that will build a meal plan. Tracking is not my prob. putting together the whole thing is so any suggestions will be helpfull. Thanks.

This site allows you to build up a daily profile of everything you eat (or plan to eat) and tells you the nutrients total for the day.

www.fitday.com

You have to register first, then just search for the foods you want and add them.

It doesn't suggest foods but it lets you plan and make sure you're getting the right amounts of nutrients (protein, fat carbs etc.)

Hope this helps.

thanks but if im going to have to build my own meals on it its not what I am looking for. I know how to do it I just dont have the time. I need some thing thatll throw some meal plans at me that i can revamp in 15 mins to detail. I dont have the time to be reading all the labels for pro, carb, fat info . I need to punch in my ratios to the program, how many calories I want and hopefully itll spit out some decent menus i can taylor.
