I get asked a fair deal about good eating and what I tell these people are the following points:
- Drink at least 8 tall glasses of water per day
- Reduce or cut out your intake of fried foods
- reduce or cut out your intake of sugarry food, processed foods, fast foods, refined carbohydrate and anything with ingrediencts that you can't pronounce

- Eat natural foods like veggies
- Split your meals into smaller more frequent meals throughout the day as opposed to 2-3 bigger meals
- eat some lean protein at each meal
most importantly though EXCERCISE AND REMAIN PHYSICALLY ACTIVE whenever possible
