diet question

hey-i'm try to cut up for summer. I got the whole cardio thing down. One question about diet Mon through Sat i'm keeping carbs under 100 grams. While on sunday i eat 400 to load. I barely eat much fat, just flat seed oil, and other little bits. Mostly protein diet. will i cut up like this
 
Generally, the goal of a low carb diet is to turn the body from a sugar burning machine to a fat burning machine. Carbs and fat are your body's energy sources, if you're not eating much of either, you're burning protein, which is a waste of money and hard on your system. Either eat more fat or eat more carbs.
