hey guys what would happen if i ran like a diet at 10 cal per pound of body weigt,but did alot of cardio in the morning say burning 1500 calories,and the diet is like a 60-20-20ratio protien-carb-fat,and at the same time im running 250mg of test a week.will i lose a lot of bf,and no muscle cause im gonna be anti-catabolic?My goal is like 10 pounds of bf in like 3 weekks
