Okay updating since last week. I ditched some of the shakes and went to steak with veggies. Going to keep the little rice I have been eating, it's keeping me alive it seems. The extra meat ups my caloric intake some. Also doing flax seed oil
Going to do this for about 8-10 weeks, then hold off awhile and go into bulking.
Question though, running such low carbs should I carb load occassionally for metabolism. Or does that not really work?
