Slyder190 New member Aug 3, 2005 #1 When tryin to bulk again this winter, is it bad to restrict carbs later in the day and for most of the day (like after the 3rd meal) on "off" days? I'd rather add more calories from a slight bump in an already high protein intake and EFA's.

pintoca New member Aug 4, 2005 #2 It is my understanding that while bulking you can spread your carbs evenly during the day... some people sweat by having larger portions before and after workouts, but i didn't notice any difference while doing so...
