I am about to start my beast cycle when that runs out im moving on to deasel with a month in between. Wondering if i should alter my diet in anyway during these cycles,
Im not sure what the cal intake is to be honest bust im sure its good for now and by the list you guys will know about what that equals.
Morning: Mass gainer shake about 2000 cals, oatmeal, and a fruit
Snack: Fruit and almond butter
Lunch: A protein (baked chicken or fish), carb (1/2 cup rice or pasta), veggie (peas or grren beans)
Snack: Salad and natural peanut butter
Post work out: Whey protein choco shake with banana yogurt and peanut butter
Dinner: Same as lunch except carb is a whole weat
Pre rest: 2 hard boiled eggs and a fruit or yogurt
I wont lie there might be some ice cream or somthing thrown in random days but this is my staple.
