How much do you weigh?...you could be eating a little more but everything in there seems good, and its split up very well.

I am 5-10 ,35yr old male and weigh 196 lbs...Most of my fat is concentrated in the common trouble areas..waistline and lower back ...thanks for the words of reinforcement GREEK...I feel that I am going on the right track...when I do feel hungry I try to eat protein in between meals.I've boosted my cardio intensity somedays and seem to making a dent. Also, I ordered some Yomiburn...Any testimonials pro or con out there??

I think your protein shake/bar intake is way too high. Replace that 9pm shake with a regular meal, chicken, fish, veggies, whatever. Same thing with the bar. Lean meat will do you better.

Limit your powder to am with your oatmeal, post workout, and maybe one more per day tops, no more. Also, substitute maltodextrin (very cheap in any supp shop) for the OJ with your post workout shake.
