Hey ladies I had an idea from the PR thread to have a support thread of sorts. Post up when you struggling and what with. We can be here for each other.

As I said in that thread I am having big issues with getting all my meals in. I had 3 protien shakes today from 10 a.m to 7 p.m that is soooooooooo not good and soooo my own fault for poor planning still getting used to my role in outside sales which has me running around the whole darn city some days. Others I have a normal day at the office then everything is easy.

Same here. I reevaluated my caloric intake recently after seeing low lbm gains for the last 3 months and concluded I just aint getting enough food. When your schedule requires changing locations, or is unpredictable for any reason, it's about impossible to get a shake every 3 hours.

I'm here to support anyone who needs it, just let us know HOW we can support.

For me, I need to get the 1.5 gallon of water and have struggled the whole week. Tomorrow is my comp day and I need to get that in. I'd love any support from you guys. I had my 1.5g yesterday and it made a HUGE difference, expectantly.

Note to self: Stop bitching, Than and just do it!

I find if I just always have full water bottles ready to go with me I am nore likely to get it done. I do find it easier when dieting to get water in cause it helps kill the hunger all though lately haven't really been that hungry except post workouts.
