Dieselbolan or Beastdrol?

So I am stuck between the 2, katana or the stack....Since I am a novice at this I wanted to go with just one....But what kind of results can I expect from the stack or just kata....Do I need to take live forge with kata?

If you are cutting, just the one bro. Adding more won;t be of much benefit.

Now, if you were bulking, then I would say do both. Katanadrol and diesel stacked is a killer stack. I've got it waiting for me on the shelf. First week of July I will be starting it and will do a log.

Th stack provides potential bulk (as does any steroid compounds), and cutting is largely dependant upon your diet.

However, on a caloric defecit, you certainly will not get much bulk either. Your body grows with calories. Eating less than your body needs to maintain weight will not results in bulking and gaining much weight.

Anabolics accelerate protein synthesis, so it is possible to gain some muscle and lose fat but I do not like that approach. I either am going to bulk and pack on as much meat as possible, or I am all-out trying to strip fat while gaining muscle mass is of no concern, and retaining muscle mass is all I am after.

You do not need to, but I would anyway.
 
Thanks for the replys.....I am going to go with the Kata and amp02.....so I am going to do the kata for 6 weeks 3 pills a day, and novla for pct. So on this cutting cycle am I right that it should be a low calorie diet, also I am not a big cardio guy, but I assuming I should add about 30 mins of cardio as well.
 
You can do the cardio if you wish, but I find if you hit it hard enough, and take no more than 1 min. breaks inbetween sets you can keep your HR up high enough to be effective.

That is my current workout, I have sort of been following the Eas workout....12,10,8,6,12.6...win 1 min breaks in between. I want to make sure that I do this right so I can get the best results. You know have all the tools before I start the job.

Just remember that even though you will be in caloric defecit, your protein intake should remain as high or higher than it is right now. Don't reduce protein intake, just carbs. Fats too if you take in too many fats.
